We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in software engineering with strong full-stack development skills. The candidate must have strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles and be proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, and HTML. Experience with frameworks such as React, AWS, and SQL is essential. This role requires an exceptional engineer who can take ownership of projects, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology stack. This role will report to the VP of Engineering and work very closely with Principal Engineers.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust, and secure full-stack applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement and enforce best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our products and technical strategy.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Contribute to the architecture and design of new features and systems.
  • Help define and enforce security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant security standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Strong experience in full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, and HTML.
  • Experience with frameworks such as React and AWS.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles.
  • Solid understanding of database design and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest security standards and practices.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Basic understanding of AI and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with Web3 technologies and their market trends.
