Product Manager
Your role as Product Manager allows you to shape our future and transform the industry. If you are excited about the opportunity to work with smart people pursuing the most cutting-edge solutions to help advertisers move to a new world of mobility-based out-of-home advertising, giving them the analytics they need to optimize their ad campaigns and maximize their return on ad spend investment, then this is your role. You will get an opportunity to own and drive the B2B SaaS product suite for Nickelytics.
In this role, you will
- Build and communicate an inspiring vision and a coherent product strategy.
- Own and drive the vision of our product roadmap, balancing short and long-term goals to scale.
- Work with stakeholders in and outside Nickelytics to align your product strategy with the broader company strategy and goals.
- Become an ally to our customers, working directly with them to understand their use cases and product pain points.
- Evangelize Nickelytics and the impact we can have on our customers' business.
- Work with our customer success and sales teams to collect and analyze feedback, understand market trends, synthesize them into roadmap priorities, and work closely with UX and engineering for execution.
- Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefits while building great customer experiences.
- Lead by example. Roll up your sleeves to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet our high-quality standards while solving issues as they arise.
- Understand that doing everything is the same as doing nothing, so you'll help us ruthlessly prioritize our ideas.
- Love sharing ideas and new ways of working between the various teams within Nickelytics.
- Believe passionately that any company is only as strong as its culture and want to help make the product community the best it can be. You'll be the first to share what you've learned and the first to admit your mistakes.
Preferred Qualities or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- 4+ years experience in product management of software platforms or SaaS solutions
- UX and/or UI design experience
- Adtech industry experience
- Track record of having built successful enterprise analytics and AI/ML-based products.
- Customer obsession-proven ability to develop innovative product solutions that are grounded in a deep understanding of customer needs
- Experience translating customer needs and ideas into detailed product requirements
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
- Experience with Agile writing user stories with acceptance criteria and managing a prioritized product backlog
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery, overseeing roadmap strategy and execution
- Experience engaging and influencing both peers and senior executives
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proven ability to use a data-driven approach to back up assumptions and drive actions
