Our client a leading insurance company, is seeking a talented Licensing and Contracting Manager who can utilize their extensive experience in the annuity and life insurance industry to drive our company’s growth objectives. You will serve as a mentor and motivator, leading by example to cultivate a dynamic, team-oriented, performance-driven insurance team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the insurance team
- Coach and train insurance associates
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Resolve escalated customer service issues or conflicts
- Make use of extensive knowledge of annuity and life insurance to drive sales and profitability

Qualifications:
