POSITION SUMMARY


The Creative Services Manager creates the visual first impression for Adelante and is responsible for assuring brand consistency across all formats. They drive creative production of a wide variety of innovative assets to support the output of cutting-edge internal and external marketing/branding initiatives. This position works collaboratively to elevate the team and its creative ideas. This role also leads cross-functional brainstorming sessions to coordinate, plan, design and execute all print and digital media including professional photography and video production.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE


  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in creative services, advertising, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or nonprofit field
  • Four (4) year college degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or design or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated excellent design sense and/or experience with formatting content into visually appealing layouts, data visualizations, and infographics (Portfolio should be provided during interview process)
  • Ability to be a self-starter, pay attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Comfortable designing in a team environment - with writers, social media specialists, web developers and others - but also working independently
  • Experience with reading, understanding, and developing visualizations from complex data
  • Demonstrated experience in providing artistic direction and overseeing design and production of materials and managing a brand message across platforms
  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud programs including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong video production skills including writing, casting, production and editing with a DSLR camera and applicable Adobe Creative Cloud programs
  • Proven people-centered photography skills including both portraiture and candid situations
  • Experience in use of WordPress and online email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets as well as oversee the purchasing process for necessary equipment and services
  • Experience in developing social media visuals on platforms including, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok
  • Effective organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task on a variety of assignments often requiring independent judgment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with both internal and external constituencies
  • Valid AZ driver’s license and current insurance
  • Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety for all specialty behavioral health locations


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY


  • Implement and adopt the Adelante brand style across all platforms to create brand consistency
  • Develop a deep understanding of Adelante’s mission and nurture relationships throughout the organization and community to creatively capture the Adelante story in words and imagery
  • Manage a wide variety of projects intended to increase awareness and engagement with Adelante across multiple platforms and to multiple audiences
  • Collaborate with team members in the creation of various internal and external campaigns
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with Project Managers to develop, monitor, manage, and revise project scope documents, timelines, and processes
  • Create, produce and/or maintain materials including business collateral, special projects, videos, photography, website, newsletters, and social media presence
  • Support organizational signature events by assisting with graphics, thematic elements, promotion and coordinating on-site activities.
  • Work with other departments as needed in designing signage, promotional items, email headers, invites, etc.
  • Develop and manage the creative services budget within the Marketing budget
  • Research, recommend and coordinate purchase of equipment, software and merchandise needed to support creative efforts
  • Develop and produce social media visual campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok
