Our client, a leading medical devices company, is seeking a junior level Project Coordinator to assist with coordinating documentation to upload into databases/systems and track project deliverables - see below for other details

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of user documentation which includes gathering inputs, redlining user documentation, working with design team to ensure user documentation updates are made, routing the user documentation through our PLM systems, and coordinating the upload to the eManuals platform.
  • Attends project meetings regularly and is accountable for project deliverables.
  • Tracking and managing projects deliverables across various projects at the same time.
  • Individual contributor who assists in the development and release of user documentation for various projects.
  • The majority of time is spent cross-collaborating with project based functional teams for alignment to; requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to coordinate across multiple projects is a must.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks per project and project team needs.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree (or 4+ without)
  • Project Coordination experience (in the med device field would be preferred but not required)
  • Needs to be organized and have good attention to detail.
  • Must be capable of handling many projects at the same time
