Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage high turnover, recruit and onboard entry-level temps, create temporary folders, track onboarding training, conduct employee evaluations, assist new hires with Workday enrollment, benefits, direct deposit, and tax forms.
  • Employee Support: Address various employee needs, password resets, print paystubs, answer attendance policy questions, order uniforms, and provide general assistance.
  • Administrative Duties: Run weekly reports, pull data from multiple systems, file employee documentation, administer policy changes, assist with terminations and investigations, manage ID badges/time cards, data entry in Workday.
  • Payroll Management: Use Kronos for timekeeping, review and approve hours, run and email payroll reports to corporate.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and coordinate activities for multiple shifts to boost morale as part of the employee activity committee.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in human resources
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications
  • Experience working with employees in manufacturing
