Position: General Manager – Taproom/Kitchen

What You’ll Do

As the General Manager, you’ll:

  • Serve as the key point of contact for customers, staff, and vendors.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
  • Implement and oversee company-approved processes and procedures.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create a Welcoming Environment: Be the face of the brand, ensuring a positive atmosphere for staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Motivate and Mentor: Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Inventory & Financials: Oversee kegs, cans, spirits, merchandise, and financial reporting (e.g., deposits, tips, petty cash).
  • Ensure Cleanliness & Compliance: Maintain high standards in cleanliness and enforce health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor KPIs: Drive profitability, reduce waste, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Oversee the Menu: Manage the beer and food menus to maintain quality and inventory.
  • Report Operations: Submit timely operational reports and ensure all processes run smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Taproom/Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Strong customer service background and leadership skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of food, beverages, and craft beer.
  • Financial management expertise.
  • Motivational, people-first leadership style.
