This is a Contract-to-hire position paying $18 an hour.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and manages documents and presentations by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Organizes and retrieves paper and electronic files following established Company procedures to ensure timely access to information and records.
- Maintains and monitors all time sheets and records to ensure accurate employee payments and tracking of sick leave, vacation, and personal time off (PTO).
- Orders supplies and verifies receipts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and relevant position-specific software.
- Ability to anticipate and address residents' needs, concerns, and questions to meet or exceed their expectations, emphasizing their importance and value.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of effectively minimizing delays or issues with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work well under pressure, balancing multiple priorities and assignments simultaneously when faced with challenging issues to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong focus on customer service, maintaining confidentiality, respect, and integrity, aligned with company values and business ethics.
- Must possess a current, valid driver's license from the state where the community is located for driving a company-owned vehicle or personal vehicle on company business.
- Bilingual fluency is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year hospitality experience
- Basic office management or administrative experience is essential.
- Proficient in handling paperwork, including working with leases and filing as needed.
- Excellent phone presence, with the ability to interact effectively with anyone.
- Responsible for reminding homeowners and leaseholders to pay on time.
- Strong attention to detail is crucial.
- Highly administrative role with a strong emphasis on customer service.
This is an exciting position with a mission-driven organization This position is paying up to $18 per hour, depending on experience.
