Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance services for all facilities
  • Oversee start-up projects and travel needs for distribution centers
  • Conduct inspections and diagnose problems
  • Schedule routine maintenance and establish work priorities
  • Supervise maintenance staff and ensure quality of work
  • Perform other duties related to maintenance support as needed


Requirements:

  • Availability outside of normal business hours
  • Experience in general maintenance and repairs, including ammonia systems
  • Minimum 3 years as Regional Maintenance Manager, GM experience preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and ammonia systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills


Physical Demands:

  • Lifting up to 30lbs
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Climbing stairs and walking


Work Environment:

  • Distribution center environment with varying temperatures
