Job Details:

Position: Investor Services and Broker Relations Associate

Location: New York, NY (Midtown)

Compensation: $100-200k TOTAL COMP + daily lunch + robust benefits

Degree: Required

*This role is in office 4 days a week with flexibility for the entire month of August


Responsibilities of the Investor Services and Broker Relations Associate:

Work with the Director of Investor Relations to provide high-caliber service to investors and prospective investors, including through:

  • Scheduling and providing logistics support for calls and meetings
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Updating investor and prospective investor reporting materials
  • Liaising with investors and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of capital transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
  • Maintaining the firm’s relationship management database
  • Serving as a key point of contact for investors, fund administrators, and other key business stakeholders


Requirements of the Investor Services and Broker Relations Associate:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2-3 years’ work experience preferred
  • Prior experience working for a financial institution (buy-side or sell-side) is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, and CRM systems preferred
  • Superb written and oral communication skills are critical to this role
  • Professionalism, strong attention to detail, and discretion are essential skills
  • Team player with collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable with using various tech platforms (examples): Microsoft suite – PowerPoint a plus, CorpAxe, Confluence)
  • Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
