We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis, ensuring seamless and effective integration processes for our clients.


Job Description: As a Workday Integration Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintenance for Workday integrations. You will work closely with our clients, troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring smooth operation of Workday systems. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for Workday integrations, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand integration requirements and ensure successful implementation.
  • Monitor integration processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to integration processes, configurations, and support procedures.
  • Perform regular system audits and health checks to identify and address potential issues.
  • Assist in the design and development of new integrations as needed.
  • Stay updated on Workday updates and enhancements to provide proactive support and recommendations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Workday integration support, including hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Financials, and other relevant modules.
  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and other data transformation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.
