Accountabilities:

· Manage the maintenance team, promoting teamwork, professional development, and accountability.

· Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance KPIs, such as production uptime, cost reduction, and equipment reliability.

Qualifications:

· Experienced track record of improving safety outcomes.

· Skilled at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, with a strategic approach to driving continuous improvement.

· Commitment to delivering results.


Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

· A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in paper converting or paper manufacturing.

· 10 years experience in a management role.
