Job Description
As a Reality Capture Technician at ZELUS, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality products and services as outlined by our project scopes and management directives. In this support role, you will be an essential part of our project execution team, ensuring successful project completion and client satisfaction. Acting as an extension of the Reality Capture Manager and Leads, you will operate in various client-facing environments, contributing to our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
Operations
- Execute assigned tasks within set parameters, ensuring timely and precise completion.
- Guarantee the quality of completed tasks, meeting our high standards and client expectations.
- Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure it is always in top working condition.
- Stay updated on all necessary programs and platforms to excel in your role.
- Be prepared for extensive travel to job sites and client locations, as this position requires 100% travel.
- Must be able to walk extensive amounts, often on uneven terrain.
Safety
- Identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective measures proactively.
- Ensure a comprehensive safety plan is in place before commencing any work.
- Adhere to OSHA 10/30 safety requirements, ensuring a safe working environment.
Customer Relations
- Deliver outstanding client satisfaction on all individually assigned projects and overall interactions.
- Support business development initiatives by fostering strong client relationships.
- Assist Construction Managers in building and maintaining lasting client partnerships.
Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Work closely with multiple Construction Managers based on project requirements.
- Contribute to meeting project objectives, including quality deliverables, budget adherence, and developing long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role or relevant technical field.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with reality capture technology and platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel extensively as required by project demands.
- Physical capability to walk extensive distances and navigate various terrains.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA standards.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Clean driving record.
- Candidates must live in the Phoenix metro area of Arizona.
