About the Role:

The Salesforce Solutions Architect will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our business. This individual will have a strong background in APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with extensive experience in multiple Salesforce implementations and third-party integrations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and a proven track record of successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable and robust Salesforce solutions using APEX, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Lead multiple Salesforce implementation projects from inception through to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and create comprehensive technical design documentation.
  • Integrate Salesforce with various third-party applications and systems to streamline processes and enhance functionality.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce and integrated applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and developers, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing Salesforce applications and processes.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Solutioning and architecture.
  • Proven expertise in APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Demonstrated experience with multiple full-cycle Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong experience with third-party integrations and tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or other middleware solutions.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 2 are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
