Your Role:

In this position, you'll be at the forefront of integrating and optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Systems Integration: Designing and implementing robust data systems within Salesforce to streamline operations and improve data accessibility.
  • CRMA & SAQL Expertise: Utilizing your deep knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Analytics (CRMA) and Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL) to develop insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Custom Development: Creating custom applications and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to meet our unique business needs.
  • User Support & Training: Supporting end-users and conducting training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer focusing on data systems integration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRMA, SAQL, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as System Architect, Advanced Administrator, or Data Architect are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
