Title: Business Development Representative
Summary: The Diadem Team is growing FAST and we're looking for driven, energetic business development representative (BDR) to join one of the fastest growing athletic brands in the country. BDRs will be responsible for building and managing relationships with new and existing customers to help Diadem reach more tennis courts across the country.
Responsibilities: • Establish contact with potential customers through cold and warm outreach • Present company product line and vision to prospects in virtual and face-to-face meetings • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products while provide outstanding customer service and support • Build long-term relationships with clients • Actively seek new opportunities and leads • Develop creative marketing approaches to reach new prospects in unique and engaging ways • Research tennis markets and different customer groups to stay up-to-date with relevant industry knowledge • Build rapport with customers and prospects
Qualifications and Skills: • Outgoing and energetic personality with a passion for sports (tennis preferred) • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly express ideas and concepts • Active listening skills with critical thinking skills • Strong work ethic and drive to meet goals, targets, and objectives (personal and team goals) • Must be comfortable with “cold” selling on the phone • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and stay on schedule • Competent with basic computer software for business functions (office, Google suite, CRM) • Previous business development or sales experience preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred????

Compensation: Base salary + commission
