Title: QA Architect

Salary: Up to $146,000

Location: Cleveland, Ohio (Relocation Assistance Approved)


The QA Architect will offer strategic guidance, training, and mentorship to business stakeholders within the Quality Engineering space, maximizing the benefits of automated testing through modern AI/ML and low-code solutions to meet the quality requirements across different functional areas.


Responsibilities:

  • Optimize test automation workflows and architectural blueprints to ensure they align with the company’s objectives, such as efficiency, robustness, ease of use, and scalability.
  • Apply deep knowledge of domain-driven design to enhance conceptual and logical frameworks, promoting their adoption across the organization while adhering to established architectural guidelines, standards, and policies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans to implement solution design recommendations, ensuring alignment with key architectural guidelines, standards, and frameworks.
  • Shape business strategies and execution methodologies by highlighting how enhanced end-to-end delivery capabilities can support overall business goals.
  • Lead strategic discussions with stakeholders to explain the technical implications of design decisions, ensuring a clear understanding of potential impacts.
  • Influence the direction of the overall test strategy and roadmap, suggesting innovative approaches that support business objectives.


Requirements:

  • Experienced designing and architecting Quality Engineering solution and complex systems at the functional or enterprise level
  • Expertise in technology integration and the design of interfaces between systems
  • Experience in integration test automation processes, bringing a mature approach to text automation
  • Ability to recommend and design new test automations solutions taking advantage in advancements in technologies
  • Expertise with Low-code, no-code test automation that enables business users to contribute to creating test "scripts"
