Job Title: Part-Time Retail & E-Commerce Lead (Fine Jewelry)

Location: Calabasas, California

About Us:

We are a fine jewelry business located in Calabasas, California, and we’re seeking a Part-Time Retail & E-Commerce Lead to join our team. This part-time role is crucial to the success of our retail operations, handling both in-store and online functions. If you have strong organizational skills, are detail-oriented, and have an interest in luxury retail, we'd love to hear from you.


Responsibilities:


Inventory Management:

  • Enter new inventory into our POS software and Shopify website.
  • Create purchase orders to track special orders.
  • Maintain an accurate and balanced inventory across in-store and online locations, including price and quantity adjustments.
  • Perform regular inventory checks to ensure quantities are accurate in our POS and on the website.
  • Track all incoming and outgoing inventory from clients and vendors (shipments, repairs, consignment, trade-ins, special orders, etc.).
  • Track and manage inventory, including back stock and items on hold.
  • Reconcile wholesale accounts and manage client special orders (online and in-store).


E-Commerce & Customer Service:

  • Manage all online orders: package, ship, and process in-store pickups as needed.
  • Handle inquiries and customer service queries from online platforms, providing timely and professional support.
  • Oversee e-commerce product merchandising, ensuring new products are photographed and uploaded to our website.


Merchandising:

  • Prepare and organize inventory for content creation shoots, collaborating with the content team for product photography.
  • Organize inventory for photoshoots and manage product photography on Google Drive.


Requirements:

  • College degree or relevant experience.

Skills:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software like Google Sheets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.

Details:

  • Part-time role, based in our office in Calabasas, California.
  • 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
