  • This is an on-site role, Mon- Fri, 7:45 – 5pm (1 hour lunch)


THE POSITION:

  • We are looking to add a Tier 1 Tech Support to our team. This person would be responsible for providing support to 35 different companies/500 different end-users in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
  • The ideal candidate would have 1+ year tech support working experience, including the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair computer hardware, telecommunications, and peripheral equipment with minimal direction. (Ex: PC’s/laptops, printers, desk & mobile devices, including iOS & Android)


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Experience working with Windows computers, including Office 365
  • Experience troubleshooting computers & networks
  • Basic knowledge of network wiring standards and protocols
  • Cabling, cloud, MacOS/iOS knowledge, all a plus
  • Certifications (A+, CCNA, etc.), all a plus
  • Friendly/Respectful Customer Service communications (both verbal and written)
  • Time management, problem solving and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • A Can Do attitude
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Driver’s license
