Our enterprise client is currently seeking an Marketing Operations Manager for a contract role in San Bruno, CA, Bentonville, AR, Hoboken, NJ, OR Dallas, TX . This is a hybrid role,


Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Workfront and Salesforce Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in Workfront management at the enterprise level, with a strong background in Salesforce implementation and management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Workfront program management tools, ensuring efficient workflows and automation.
  • Support Salesforce integration, implementation, and enhancement efforts.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand operational needs and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Workfront consultants, Salesforce admins, and L1 support.
  • Drive small enhancements and process improvements to optimize operations.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Workfront management and Salesforce administration.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to implement and troubleshoot enterprise-level tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Salesforce or Workfront certifications are a plus.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on risk mitigation and impact assessment.
