Job Title: Marketing Project Manager
Location: San Bruno, CA Hybrid
Job Overview:
As the Marketing Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Operations Sr. Manager and ensuring seamless team operations, project management for P1 projects, and providing general support across the Marketing Team. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Client Solutions, Brand Marketing, and Growth Marketing, to facilitate strategic solutions and drive supplier investment in our client's media. Your expertise in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration will be essential in ensuring the success of key initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys devising and optimizing processes in an agile environment, possesses experience managing complex timelines with multiple stakeholders and has proficiency in using project management tools like Workfront. High emotional intelligence, demonstrated through the ability to gauge and adapt to various communication styles, is essential. Candidates with prior experience in campaign management, particularly in email marketing and brand marketing, are highly preferred.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the MOPS Sr. Manager in wide-scope project management.
- Take ownership of note-taking and action-planning feedback for meetings.
- Develop and communicate solutions to enhance efficiencies in team operations.
- Gather insights and understand ways of working across the organization.
- Collect learnings from pilot projects and iterate on processes in an agile model.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders in client solutions and omni teams to streamline ways of working.
- Assist in other general team administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure teams effectively utilize the new project management tool to its potential.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, team operations, and process mapping within a marketing organization.
- Proficient in change management practices.
- Strong proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized in both thought and execution.
- Ability to set and communicate clear expectations.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and achieving results in ambiguous situations.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $37.79 to $41.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
