Located in Cerritos, CA we are a small but mighty civil litigation / employment defense law firm looking for a sharp Litigation attorney to join our growing team.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package including but not limited to:
- A base salary ranging from 150K-200K with large bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:
- Helping businesses proactively address, navigate, and resolve complex legal challenges.
- Leading depositions and representing clients in court appearances.
- Guiding and advising companies on establishing their organizational structure, policies, goals, and procedures.
- Ensuring businesses fully understand applicable laws and potential outcomes.
- Conducting legal research and resolving disputes through analysis of applicable laws, crafting arguments, gathering evidence, and dedicated representation.
- Preparing, reviewing, finalizing, and filing legal documents related to business operations.
- Identifying and reporting potential or existing legal concerns to appropriate authorities.
- Negotiating contracts, transactions, and settlements for clients, including those involving mergers and acquisitions.
- Handling multiple clients, cases, and legal matters, each with distinct deadlines and requirements.
MUST HAVE:
- Admission to the California State Bar.
- 3+ Years of Civil Litigation Experience (employment, business law, class action defense, PAGA, contract disputes, etc.).
- Westlaw
- Litigation
NICE TO HAVE:
- State Bar Certified Specialist in Trust, Wills & Probate
- Knowledge of income, gift and estate tax laws
- Notary Public
