Job Summary

As the IT Manager at Amorepacific US Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s technology infrastructure, with a particular focus on supporting and optimizing critical systems such as SAP, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Shopify. You will lead a dedicated team in ensuring the seamless integration and operation of these platforms, driving efficiency and enhancing overall business performance. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities for technology enhancements that align with the company's strategic objectives.


In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing system implementations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will spearhead initiatives to improve data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and system reliability, fostering a technology-driven culture that supports innovation and responsiveness in the dynamic beauty and cosmetics market.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT management, with proven experience in managing SAP, EWM, EDI, and e-commerce platforms. You will demonstrate excellent leadership skills, enabling you to motivate and develop your team while effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Principal Accountabilities

  • System Management and Support: Oversee the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of critical systems including SAP, EWM, EDI, and Shopify. Ensure system reliability and performance, addressing technical issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and develop technology solutions that drive operational efficiency. Act as a liaison between IT and business units to communicate progress and facilitate change.
  • Data Integrity and Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across systems. Develop and implement reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that all IT systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and mitigate risks associated with technology operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements that enhance system functionality and user experience. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the IT department.


Key Experience and Skills

Technical Expertise:

  • Extensive experience with SAP, EWM, EDI, and Shopify platforms.
  • Proficient in database management, system integration, and data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
