Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement growth strategies and new product introductions for our diverse range of products, including serial transceivers, UARTs, bridges, and power management solutions.
  • Engage with sales teams and customers to enhance market share and understand evolving needs in the industry.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define new products and refine existing product roadmaps.
  • Create impactful tools and documentation in partnership with applications engineering and marketing communications.
  • Manage the positioning, pricing, and promotion of products to ensure maximum market penetration and profitability.
  • Support customer engagements and product promotions through active collaboration with the sales organization.
  • Lead efforts in securing customer design wins and forecasting associated revenues.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for sales teams and channel partners, equipping them with the tools needed for success.
  • Oversee product launch plans, including the development of collateral, presentations, and product positioning strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform product management strategies and decisions.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure marketing and customer needs are aligned.
  • Prepare and support financial and supply management forecasts on a regular basis.
  • Travel to meet with customers and understand their needs firsthand.


Required Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in technical marketing, applications, or product management within the semiconductor industry, particularly with analog and digital products.
  • Deep understanding of sideband and industrial interfaces and power management semiconductor products.
  • Demonstrated success in product management and planning strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, including market research, data analysis, and the ability to think creatively and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in creating compelling presentations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with substantial relevant experience; advanced degrees preferred.
