As Associate Chief of Staff for this exciting cell and gene therapy biotech, you’ll be the CEO’s trusted advisor and key strategic partner. You’ll work closely with leadership to drive high-priority projects, optimize operations, and ensure alignment across the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the CEO’s strategic right hand, providing support on high-level decisions and critical company initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and strategic vision.
  • Manage key priorities, track progress, and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships across departments to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and decision-making when needed.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte) or in an operations/strategy role within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
  • Education: Advanced degree in a STEM field (PhD or Master’s); MBA is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong strategic and analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive execution of strategic initiatives.
