  • Supervise day-to-day controls, automation, and electrical systems design and integration to ensure the achievement of design quality, cost and innovation objectives.
  • Champion collaboration with other departments like project managers, Quality assurance and the production shop
  • Represent us professionally and accurately when interacting with customers engineers and project managers.

  • Provide training to team on new processes, tools, and architectural design approaches.
  • Maintain accurate team labor reporting for internal and external projects.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Expertise in a manufacturing engineering environment is preferred.

Experience: 10+ years of software and controls engineering management experience (or equivalent).


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 5+ years' engineering experience with controls, automation and electrical systems design and integration.
  • 5+ years' engineering experience with design automation equipment.
  • Knowledge of machine programming systems and methods.
  • Adept at managing software engineers using Procedural and Object-Oriented Programming Language and data transaction systems such as SQL Server and Postgres.
  • Provide guidance and best practices for using controls logic and deploying SCADA telemetry protocols.
  • Experience establishing and managing software and control’s version control tools.
