Description and Responsibilities

The Nevco Marketing Communications Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager. This position is responsible for working cross-functionally with various Nevco departments (Sales, Engineering, Sports Video, etc) to manage and coordinate the execution of marketing activities across channels to support the growth of Nevco’s products and services.


Email Marketing Communications

  • Assist marketing manager in creating and executing email calendar
  • Ideate, create and execute customer-facing email campaigns (including campaign components: emails, forms, landing pages, etc.) in CRM
  • Strategically segment campaign lists in CRM
  • Collaborate with consultants for targeted campaigns  

 

External Press Releases & Blog

  • Draft, edit and finalize all Press Releases, in accordance with company guidelines and AP style guide
  • Develop and execute Nevco blog and blog calendar


General Marketing Support

  • Execute ad hoc marketing projects on request
  • Collaborate with Video Content Specialist and Graphic Design Specialist as needed
  • Contribute to company social media presence through content, ideas, etc.

  • Experience working in Marketing Automation platform
  • CRM and Social Media application experience a plus (i.e., Salesforce / Hootsuite)
