Cindy Bradley at Robert Half is recruiting for a Global Oil/Gas/Environmental Company that is based in Houston for a Treasury Manager reporting to the Director of Treasury.

The Treasury Manager role is pivotal to the finance organization, taking lead in managing diverse corporate investment portfolios and pension plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile investment portfolio reports and presentations for their Investment, Finance, and Pension Committees.

• Liaise with external investment advisors, managers, custodians, and trustees to maintain transparency in portfolios and ensure diligent record-keeping.

• Maintain strict compliance with Investment Policy Statements (IPS), review, and propose changes periodically. • Analyze shifts in portfolio allocations.

• Foster relationships within the financial community, keeping abreast of developments that may impact the organization.

• Coordinate borrowings/repayments, and maintain an interest accrual schedule.

• Guarantee the timeliness of debt compliance package distribution to banks.

• Support a global monthly cash flow forecasting process alongside FSG, ensuring sufficient liquidity within the system. • Work with teams to issue bank guarantees/letters of credit, manage bank accounts, and streamline processes.

• Collaborate with Treasury and FSG to solve finance-related issues and suggest technology-based solutions for policy and procedure enhancement.

Desires 4 plus years of relevant experience in investment management, treasury, corporate finance, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. An MBA is an asset.

• Knowledge of treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, bonding, and commercial banking relations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Bloomberg, Clearwater Analytics, and Oracle.

• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling.

• Ability to work on cross-functional teams and large-scale projects required.

Reporting Relationships This role reports directly to the Vice President & Treasurer, and will work closely with the CFO, Finance Directors, Board Members, Treasury team, Tax & Accounting, Investment Managers, Custodians, Trustees, Bankers, and Treasury vendors.
