A leading distribution company in Windsor is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.


JOB SUMMARY

Work Hours: 8-5 Mon-Fri, one hour lunch, onsite full time.


Job Duties:

  • Performing initial phone screens with candidates will be the main focus
  • Speaking with Material Handlers, Merchandisers and some salaried positions as well.
  • Recruiting for 9 different locations


MUST HAVE Hard Skills:

  • Comfortable with phone screening applicants ranging from material handling to salaried positions
  • 1+ year of recruiting/recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer experience


Must Have:

  • MS Office
  • ATS Exposure


Interview Process:

  • 30 minutes onsite interview, then a decision
