Company Overview: A leading Design Build/General Contractor specializing in Multifamily construction is seeking experienced Assistant Superintendents. This organization has a proven track record in the industry, focusing on developing and building multifamily complexes.


Position Summary: The company is looking for a local Boston assistant superintendent with a solid background in wood frame multifamily construction. Candidate must be currently located in Boston. Ideal candidates will bring a positive, innovative, and teamwork-oriented attitude to the role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand construction documents, including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
  • Apply knowledge of commercial construction means and methods effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and lead project teams.
  • Utilize construction-related software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, etc.).


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Multifamily Construction with wood frame project experience
  • Podium project experience a plus.
  • Currently located in Boston
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well within a team.
  • Ability to think creatively and multi-task effectively.
