Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process residential and commercial work orders for energy efficiency programs.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Verify customer eligibility and ensure accurate incentive processing.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other systems to track progress and maintain data integrity.
  • Participate in pilot programs and support additional projects during downtime.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with CRS systems and Bluebeam.
  • Strong data entry and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume work orders in a shared queue environment.
  • Familiarity with PDF handling, scanning, and document management.

Work Environment:

  • Highly collaborative team with a mix of independent and team-based tasks.
  • Standard work hours between 6 AM and 6 PM.
  • 100% remote work Monday through Thursday, with in-office attendance on Fridays.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, shared queue environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
  • Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team within a corporate setting.
  • Utility industry experience, especially with rebate processing, is preferred.
