This position contributes to the evolution of technology platforms, especially focusing on strategy, architecture, integration, and data management. Your role involves the application of expert technical knowledge to the hands-on execution of data management and information systems development.

Location: Onsite M-F; Hoffman Estates, IL

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Office 365, and other relevant technologies.
• Manage and Maintain Salesforce-related applications including, but not limited to, the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Form Assembly, Volunteers for Salesforce, and various fundraising platforms.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating and managing custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
• Manage and maintain Salesforce org, including user management, data management, and security.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions. Provide technical support and assistance to users experiencing issues with hardware, software, and applications.
• Maintain and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and user guides.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and software updates, ensuring compatibility and seamless integration with existing systems.
• Monitor system performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or vulnerabilities.
• Conduct training sessions for staff members to enhance their proficiency in using technology tools effectively.
• Support ad-hoc Salesforce projects as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IT to recommend innovative solutions and best practices.

You'll be a great fit if you have...

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience working with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Office 365, Zen Desk, and other relevant technologies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, data management, reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and ability to learn and manage integrated tools, such as Form Assembly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach to providing support.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and following established procedures.
• Experience in non-profit organizations or a passion for serving individuals with disabilities is a plus.
