We are currently seeking a Technical Writer interested in a rewarding career supporting our Federal clients. As a Technical Writer, you will draft policies and procedures related to SAP financial modules and processes. If you are dedicated and eager to grow your career, we will provide you with a supportive team and resources to succeed.

What will you do in this role:

  • Organize, develop, update, produce, and publish effective procedural documentation related to federal government financial management systems and interfaces.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and confirming accuracy of information for preparation of online courses, procedure simulations, and related documents.
  • Assist in technical and non-technical writing and editing of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
  • Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in technical writing.
  • Experience working within a content management system.
  • Familiarity with meeting Section 508 criteria in documentation.
  • Preferred experience with eLearning creation.
  • Preferred experience in business finance, such as bookkeeping, purchasing, banking, project management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional client service and oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
  • Security Clearance: Must be able to pass a basic government suitability check (US Citizenship required).
