Role/Job Summary: We seek a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in the InsurTech sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities include

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored InsureTech solutions.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge about our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Track and report on sales metrics


Qualifications and Key Skillset for this Role

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in InsurTech or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and the InsurTech landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
