Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 5-6 years’ experience in residential and/or commercial sectors
  • Excellent technical skills that can transform design ideas/ sketches into detailed drawings
  • A high level of presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of various building materials and methods
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working on high value projects
  • Experience working across several projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to go out in the field as well as office.
  • Expert proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to Revit, AutoCAD, MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; Adobe Suite.
  • Client interaction and teamwork with other disciplines.
