Job Description: As a Roofing Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to create, find, and drive sales. You will play a key role in connecting homeowners with the roofing solutions they need, ensuring that each project is executed smoothly from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and actively seek out sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners to assess their roofing needs and present appropriate solutions. At times, this will mean entering a customer's home.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear information on product offerings, pricing, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure roofing projects meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.


Qualifications:

  • Must be highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus but not required; we provide training to the right candidate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • OHSA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.


Compensation:

  • No Cap on Commission Unlimited earning potential for motivated individuals.
