Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a District Sales Manager at Lettieri & Co. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned district. They will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. The District Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and overseeing a team of sales representatives.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales and team management
  • Strong understanding of the food industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel within the assigned district
