Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with and manage our Marketing Freelancer on website designs and blog posts for both Roessel Joy and Solaris
  • Content creation and scheduling social media campaigns on Instagram, LinkedIn, company websites, and email
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Agency on marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Familiarize yourself with our website platform and be able to make changes and upload material as needed
  • PowerPoint Presentation Creation
  • Create Digital and Graphic Designs for social media and the company website
  • Photography, Videography, and Reel creation of company events and new hires
  • Project-manage development of new marketing materials
  • Assist with planning and execution of company initiatives (Volunteering, DEI)
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to assist with the promotion of Career Fairs and other events
  • Template creation for new hires, blog posts, etc.
  • Ad Hoc Marketing projects as requested


Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Candidate in Marketing or Digital Design Required
  • Total of 15-20 Hours per Week (At least 1 Day in Office)
  • Experience in Social Media Planning, Analytics, Content Creation & Photography Required
  • Proficiency in Canva, Digital Design, Squarespace, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photo Shop, Illustrator) Required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for Photography, Videography, and Reels
  • Desire to grow and take on more responsibility
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
