About the role:

The Innovation Center (IC) provides customers direct access to current customer technologies. Each engagement will range in size and complexity. As the IC Support Specialist, you will be part of a larger group of AV specialist, however this role will be primarily dedicated to supporting IC activities. As time permits, additional responsibilities would encompass managing the rollout and upkeep of customer Digital Media.

To be successful, the ideal candidate must possess multiple IT support and customer engagement skills.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Point person for IC technical operation
  • monitoring of all IC room functionality:
  • monitoring solutions to quickly identify and respond to issues
  • all aspects of rooms equipment:
  • power status confirmation
  • levels on items like remotes
  • correct functionality of all audio and video features.
  • technical issues
  • rooms are clean and organized:
  • with facilities to remedy any physical needs of the space
  • technical assistance and training where necessary:
  • IC guests with immediate room issue or needs
  • active problems
  • of Contact working with vendors to resolve issues
  • and respond to ServiceNow work request
  • with other AV team members, local IT, and IC Video Production team.

  • PC troubleshooting skills in a corporate environment
  • self-motivated and able to work primarily independently, as well as with a group on larger team projects and issues

Preferred Qualifications:

  • working knowledge of the following:
  • Office products: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • software a plus (Microsoft Pro Portal, Cisco, Logitech Portal)
  • with Microsoft Teams
  • knowledge of Zoom meetings
  • of Webcams, headsets, and speaker/puck audio
  • AV experience or primary function
