Systems Analyst II

  • Hybrid – 3x a week onsite in Plainsboro, NJ
  • 6+ months


MUST HAVES:

  • HP ALM, lifecycle management familiarity
  • Prior System Management a plus
  • Accuracy and attention to detail: GxP critical system will be in use which follows a specific process.
  • Strong investigative and documentation skills: investigating systems and using clear communications skills to report back on issues.
  • Ability to handle multiple systems and related user management tasks.


DESCRIPTION:

  • Analyzes user requirements and designs new IT application solutions and/or enhancements to existing application solutions in meeting new business needs and in solving business problems.
  • Possesses and applies a broad range of expertise of principles, methods, practices, standards, procedures and compliance requirements of the business function in designing and developing IT solutions.
  • In the support role of existing systems, this role provides knowledge, testing, documentation, Service Level management reporting.

This role will liaison with operations and other support groups regarding system use, and interfaces with business users in understanding and providing resolutions to the system related issues and discrepancies
