Position: Leasing Specialist

Location: Port Richey, FL

Pay: $18-$20/hr (based on experience/size of property, & duration of the assignment)

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of related experience.
• Tax credit experience is a plus

Education: High school diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (With the ability to work weekends and on call as needed)

What You'll Do:

• Engage with prospective tenants over the phone and in person.
• Showcase our fantastic units and guide potential residents on tours.
• Be the friendly face answering tenant questions and resolving inquiries.
• Keep our office running smoothly by managing supplies and ensuring everything is in order.
• Play a pivotal role in coordinating work orders and maintaining schedules.

What We're Looking For:

• A thorough understanding of Fair Housing Law to ensure everyone feels welcome.
• Bonus points for being bilingual and adding even more warmth to our team
• Familiarity with property management software like Yardi.
• An enthusiastic team player with top-notch communication skills.
