ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and schedule complex calendar requests, including making follow up phone calls as needed.
  • Plan travel arrangements and complex itineraries.
  • Utilize CRM platform to input and track information, create and prepare reports, disseminate updates, etc.
  • Liaise with clients and support the Project Management team as a lead Marketing Associate on assigned fund projects, including helping to update and manage fund materials, support roadshow planning and logistics, update the database, run reports, be the "go to" person for the other Marketing Associates in relation to assigned funds, and produce/distribute presentations.
  • Answer phones, greet/receive guests, provide general support for the office visitors, including ordering/catering meals and preparing expense reports.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of support and office coordination experience with at least 3+ years support/office coordination experience in finance/investment banking or similar field.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time well within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or the similar CRM platform.
