Overview:

The Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of real estate assets. This role requires a strong understanding of property management, financial analysis, and investment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maximizing asset value and minimizing risk.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Acquisition and Disposition: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
  • Conduct due diligence on property acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize asset performance.
  • Monitor property performance metrics, including occupancy rates, rental income, and expenses.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Property Management: Oversee property management teams and ensure adherence to lease agreements.
  • Manage property maintenance and capital expenditure projects.
  • Monitor tenant relations and resolve tenant issues.
  • Implement strategies to maximize property value and minimize vacancies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, such as natural disasters, economic downturns, and tenant defaults.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and insurance coverage.
  • Investor Relations: Communicate with investors and provide regular updates on portfolio performance.
  • Prepare investor reports and presentations.
  • Manage investor relations and address investor inquiries.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
