Asset Management Leadership Opportunity

The GLC Group is seeking a seasoned Multifamily Asset Manager to oversee the financial performance of a growing portfolio of multifamily assets in Miami, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies to maximize property value and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Oversight: Oversee the financial performance of a portfolio of multifamily assets, ensuring optimal returns on investment.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement asset management strategies to drive performance improvements and increase property value.
  • Collaboration: Partner with property management teams to monitor KPIs, ensure effective property operations, and drive operational excellence.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to evaluate asset performance and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in asset management, preferably within multifamily real estate.
  • Strong financial acumen, including advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple properties within a portfolio and drive operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with property management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
