Doll 10 Beauty is looking for an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our fast growing company. We are seeking an assistant with a passion for the beauty industry and drive for success. This is a great opportunity to work side by side with the Product Development and Inventory Control Departments to learn the ins and outs of a beauty business. This is an entry level position.
Assistant Project Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
· Oversee and own the production timeline and crucial development dates
· Manage development team due dates and needs for development
· Managing and driving all testing needs to support product launches (working closely with the labs and regulatory consultants)
· Follows up on outstanding emails and needed information regarding the product development / testing / production process
· Oversee all regulatory requests and initiatives
· Brainstorm and share innovative product, ingredient, and artwork ideas
· Assists in product development on tracking and filing all projects
· Working with secondary vendors on supporting items (labels, unit cartons, bags, etc)
· Comfortable performing clerical duties, taking memos, shipping/receiving, maintaining files, and organizing documents.
· Plans/organizes and implements events such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners
· Other duties and projects as assigned by Management
Requirements and Qualifications
· Interest towards business management and the beauty industry
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
· A strong sense of urgency, accountability and end-to-end ownership
· Excellent time management and prioritization skills
· The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter who is extremely organized and detail-oriented, with excellent computer and interpersonal skills.
· High energy, positive can-do attitude who not only achieves but exceeds in fast paced entrepreneurial environments
· Great oral and written communication skills
· The ability to be proactive and take the initiative. Fast learner and self-motivated
· High availability, tact, flexibility and adaptability
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); Google apps, scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must.
Job Type: Full-time, hybrid schedule (Tues/Thurs in office, M/W/F WFH)
