The ideal candidate will streamline supply chains, foster strong vendor relationships, and support project teams by securing high-quality, cost-effective resources.


Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and fulfill commercial plumbing and HVAC procurement needs.
  • Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain competitive bids and secure essential materials and equipment.
  • Manage subcontract agreements, ensuring all contracts are finalized before project initiation.
  • Maintain an expediting log to track equipment delivery times, ensuring alignment with project deadlines.
