We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Working Chef to join our team and lead our culinary operations with passion, creativity, and expertise.
Job Description:
As the Executive Working Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary department, ensuring the highest quality of food production and service. You will lead a team of culinary professionals in delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the Executive Working Chef actively involved in menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Develop innovative and seasonal menus that showcase locally-sourced ingredients and complement our wine offerings
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing guidance and support to culinary staff
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events, wine pairings, and guest experiences
- Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques, continuously seeking ways to enhance our offerings

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume, upscale establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent culinary skills and creativity, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Knowledge of wine pairings and appreciation for wine culture is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Benefits:
