About the Role:

We're seeking a talented and motivated Junior Designer to join our creative team. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across both digital and physical touchpoints. What You'll Bring:

  • Creative Vision: You possess a strong sense of aesthetics and can translate ideas into visually compelling designs that capture the essence of our brand.
  • Technical Proficiency: You're proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and have basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro or similar).
  • Design Versatility: You have experience in digital and print design, with an understanding of interior design and retail/architectural concepts.
  • Self-Starter: You're comfortable taking initiative and working independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: You understand design production processes and can work within budget constraints.
  • Passion for Learning: You're eager to learn and grow your skills, staying up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.


Responsibilities:

  • Digital Design: Create eye-catching graphics for social media, email campaigns, and website assets.
  • Print Design: Develop compelling print materials, including packaging, brochures, and promotional items.
  • Retail & Experiential Design: Contribute to the design and layout of retail spaces and brand activations.
  • Video Editing: Assist in the creation and editing of short videos for marketing and social media.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring projects to life from concept to execution.
  • On-Site Support: Participate in events, activations, and photoshoots as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for the EUB brand and its mission.
