In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving commercial success, managing client relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for data center projects, including contract negotiations, pricing, and risk management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for commercial matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop commercial proposals and pricing models.
  • Review and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and client specifications.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide commercial guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present reports and financial analyses to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in commercial management, with a focus on construction, real estate, or data center projects.
  • Strong understanding of commercial principles, contract law, and risk management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling software.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and LEED accreditation is a plus.
