Warehouse Supervisor (Bilingual Mandarin/Chinese & English)

Los Angeles, CA (Ontario area)

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Chinese/Mandarin & English and be responsible for supervising warehouse operations within the Ontario area. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proficient with a Warehouse Management System(WMS) and Transportation Management System(OMS)
  • Excellent understanding of Order-fulfillment and E-Commerce Logistics process
  • Supervise the accuracy of shipments and receiving, using proper accuracy programs and systems.
  • Experience with Shipping, Logistics, Inventory Management
  • Supervise self and partner's warehouse daily to ensure that safety, security, laws, and policies are maintained.
  • Ensures the most economical and efficient use of equipment and personnel to accomplish assigned work.
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with all departments and business partners.


Job Requirements:

  • College degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or relevant on the job years of experience.
  • Strong general knowledge of all warehousing operations, with prior work experience to include lead person or supervisory duties.
  • Excellent supervisory skills and the ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to read and interpret computerized reports.
  • Must be Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in computer software (MS Word and Excel, especially).
